Common sense applies when using the products, however we do recommend following these simple guidelines, that will assist in preventing any unnecessary damage to the products:

Ensure that you fit all the poles together correctly when putting together.

Ensure that the tent is properly secured to the ground when using outdoors -In particular secure the guy ropes, even when there is no wind.

Allow the tent to dry before storing - or dry it at the first opportunity before storing

Repair any rips that may occur as soon as possible

Replacement poles will be available in the unlikely event that they get damaged.
